Floyd last fought September. Mosley begged for that fight but got unnoticed that's why he took on Berto.

Until they fight, he will just let us down and prove me right.

He took Baldomir over Margarito? Fine! Baldomir was lineal welterweight champ. Taking on DLH? Fine! you got your career payday. He took on Ricky Hatton? Dine. Career best payday as well. Not fighting either Cotto or Margarito? Fine! They are Top Rank fighters. Retiring prematurely? Fine! You are the only one who can say when your career ends. Its not up to us if you don't want to fight anymore.


You came back and you say you want to make your legacy bigger. You fought Marquez instead of Mosley. I would understand you not fighting Pacman after May 2 because he is an Arum fighter. Now you say you didn't have a dance partner in Marquez but promote him as Mexico's number 1 and he has a whole country behind him.

But against Mosley, I cannot see any reasonable argument against this. If there is, please prove me wrong.

It makes no sense. It would be a bigger payday than any other fight out there. It would definitely beat Pac/Clottey' ppv numbers, which would give him some bargaining clout if they decide to re-negotiate a Pac/Mayweather showdown in the future. It would also silence his critics. There is no reason he shouldn't wait until after the Berto/Mosley fight to announce his next opponent. If he does, its official, he's a ducker.
