I think Pac didn't ducked Floyd or random blood test... The way I see it, Team Pac didn't budged with want Floyd wants. Team Pac will abide on random blood test as long as it is being commended by the boxing commission w/c is the NSAC, NOT B-COZ Mayweather said so.

What's wrong with a random drug test? But 10 million dollars over the agreed weight per pound sounds good for you? How about 8 oz gloves? Not to give into a demand of a drug test doesn't seem outrageous to me as long as it is within reason.
