The fact is that there is solid proof, evidence, (choose your word) that drugs are prevalent in the sport AND that boxers have been caught cheating the sport.

The NSAC is on record stating that they would have agreed to start implementing random blood testing in addition to their current urine testing protocols.

The NSAC never shot down the idea that random blood testing would be good for the sport.
