Lets be real here, Floyd Jnr and his camp don't really think Pacquiao is on any drugs. The only people who think he is, Paulie Malignaggi and people who hate on Pacquiao. The reason Mayweather and his camp bought this drug thing out is to get into Pacquiao's head, which is what Mayweather is great at...psyching his opponent before they even get into the ring. He wants to get Pacquiao in an angry state of mind when he gets into that ring so he can toy with him, angry fighters don't fight smart. Now Pacquiao probably doesn't care when his blood gets taken, he just see's this as a dignity thing and is angry that people think he is on PED's. He is therefore being stubborn, his camp are being stubborn and the Mayweathers pretty much have Pacquiao where they want. I honestly think Floyd can beat Pacquiao and I think Floyd is 100% confident he can. Even if Pacquiao was on drugs, I'd still put my money on Floyd...that's not to say Pacquiao has no chance though....and honestly Pacquiao is one of my favourite fighters but I can't see him beating Floyd. I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather and Pacquiao fight end of this year...and there is no drug testing....Mayweather has done the damage and gotten into Pacquiao's head already.

I agree with this. Floyd is playing mind games as usual and trying to give himself an advantage before he even steps foot in the ring. Floyd is not just a boxer, he's got game and loves to get one over his opponents before laying a glove to them.

Doesn't matter though as FLOYD wanted that ONE stipulation, and team pac back peddled, no one back peddled but team pac. The question is not why mayweather asked, but why did pacman reject, and now they are (ROACH) talking about 17 days!!! Yeah he has asked for a cut off not because he thinks it effects him, but because he doesn't want Mayweather to beat him on the negotiating table. This whole blood thing, you've seen the video of him taking blood 24 days before the Hatton fight, that guy was not effected at all, he didn't even look like he cared. What he is wanting is to win the negotiating battle and Floyd is doing the same....they both think they the biggest stars and so both want to be treated in such a way. Floyd wants random testing, Manny wanted a 30 day cut off...so they both came to 24 and 14 days...its all about signing the contract and saying "I got the better deal". I think this is important to Pacquiao and Mayweather.

the 24 day's cut off came only after HBO release the video for Hatton PAC 24/7 and I know Manny did a blood test 19 day's before the Clottey fight so obviously giving blood is not the problem and team Pac just playing hard ball

1. Needle Phobia (no issues before, and Manny even snacks during tat work)
2. Disruptive to his training (Yet Shooting movies, preparing for concerts not an issue)
3. Will make him weak LOL.......
4. Superstitions LOL...... this one really they must have been joking...or must of been lost in translation.....
5. Manny was disrespected and will not then do the test out of principle (yet they looking at Paulie as an option LOL......)
