If this offer is on record, i think this offer is fair...But, i've been telling this a long time ago, the negotiation started at the wrong foot..It started with an accusation baseless or not..You see, when you negotiate, you must negotiate with clean hands and in good faith..That is why Pac is not conceding anything..

Under the circumstances at hand, Pac's stand at the moment is for 24 days and i read somewhere here that Floyd has been assured by scientists, assuming that this is true, that this 24 day period would suffice..Floyd's purpose is to make sure that Pac is not on roids any time near or during the fight night..I admit that i am no expert in PED's and i base my opinion on what i am reading here from "alleged experts" on roids..I mean his purpose is already achieved AS ASSURED by the scientists, but he is still insisting on a counter offer of 14 days which in my opinion, as adverted to earlier, may be fair enough but appears to be not acceptable to PAC no matter what. Why, because it came from Floyd..

I am not losing hope on this fight..But i doubt if it's gonna happen on the scheduled date of March 13...When they meet again, i hope both parties will start correctly laying down all the terms ahead of time and pleaseeee, no press release until the contract is signed..

Of course its fair, but do I honestly believe thats what Floyd proposed? No. It was more than likely 14 days plus the removal of the weight penalty, which is absurd since we all saw what he did to Marquez.
