I believe it's more than fair, there really shouldn't be a cutoff but, I guess Pac had bad experiences from the 05 bout with Morales and doesn't want to take chances. Even if there was a 30 day cutoff, if he was taking something, it would show up in his bloodstream. In my opinion, Pretty Boy's refusal to end his testing demands and just fight the Pacman after voicing all of his rhetoric seems very su****ious. This indicates a total unwillingness to fight in which the media and fight fans have suspected all along.
