Because, what Pac only needs to prove in court is that there was an intention to defame, or to malign his reputation..that is why the complaint is for defamation. If i were his lawyer, i will vehemently object if Pac will be compelled to subject himself to any form of drug examination by the court because that is not my cause of action..my cause of action is not to prove that i am clean..my cause of action is that my name has been besmirched without any direct proof.
