It would make a mockery of Mayweather resume to have someone like Mathew Hatton on their,its the kinda thing that people will bring up years after he has retired it will be the focal point people will use to bash his resume if they are of the opinion he ducked/cherry picked his opponents.

he preety much read my mind.. but if the fight gets made, we all know floyd is a great promoter and business man, he will paint it as a great matchup and give reasons as to why matt is a good opponent and alot of people will buy it and tune in , then he gets paid..

The Hatton name is only famous cos of Ricky. Matthew is pretty much unknown outside of Boxing and not liked around the streets of Manchester. Totally different from Ricky outta the ring I have been told.
