If you go to Germany from the Easten US, it's one more hour (feel you're fighting at 4 pm or 5 pm in the afternoon). Not too difficult an adjustment - it's as if your fight was scheduled for the late afternoon instead of the evening! If you go from the Western US to England or Europe, your body feels you're fighting in the afternoon at 2 or 3 pm, a time you normally spar anyway.
Going from England to the US Eastern Time zone is a bit more difficult, because you feel like you're fighting at 3 am instead of 10 PM. From Germany to the Eastern US is one hour more (you feel you're fighting at 4 am).
Going from Germany to the Pacific time zone is the worst of all. It's an NINE hour adjustment. Usually the fights start earlier in the West, at 8 pm or so, but your body feels like you're fighting at 5 am after being up all night.
