I think that if it is right after the Morales fight, this brings more validity to Pac's claim. It establishes that he has a history with blood testing and it explains why he is so opposed to it near fight night.

Teaspoon = 5.919 millilitres
Tablespoon= 17.75 millilitres

I still don't get why people keep saying "experts and doctors say drawing blood has no effect on the fighters performance."Every body is different.That includes mental and physical.I can eat shrimp and another person can eat it and die from it.I can take antibiotics and not **** for 3 days while another is can be ****ting for the next 3 days."Doctors and experts" arent as smart as people think they are.Don't get me wrong, their pretty damn smart but dont think they know everything.Personally, i think the fact that Manny was unable to drink water and eat food after his dizzy spell from the blood drawing was the cause of his feeling weak.

Ask yourself, if you were in Pacquiao's shoes and had a terrible experience getting blood drawn just before a fight--would it really matter if it was a tablespoon or a vile?

Repeat, I want Pacquiao just to get the blood tests close to the fight to finish the whole random testing ordeal as I believe that is when they will take it but you have to understand Pacquiao's side of disliking blood to be drawn close to a fight.

But somebody needs to tell Pacquiao how much blood is usually taken by USADA. It's not like NSAC just a small amount.
