          people are talkin about weight and size n such but I think if he is on PEDs or steroids its shown in his physical strength that overpowers his abilties at his size and his abiltiy to take shots mainly to his body. which he has shown to be able to do with ease from the heaviest hitting guys out there

                No no no no no, don't get me wrong. Not where I'm getting at. Just that Pacquiao clearly looks more muscular against Cotto, wondering if people see that.

                    its obvious in these past fights his strength has risen dramatically pacuqioa was as strong against DLH and Hatton then he was against Cotto
