    Horrible comparison.

Mayweather won his first title at 130.
Mayweather was 106 when he was a teenager.Manny was a 130 fighter few years ago.

Manny won his first pro title at 106,WBC at 20 years old.

All I mean is in no way Mayweather multi divisions performances are good as Mannys performances...

    Manny 20 years old=106.
    Floyd 20 years old=130.

Floyd is by far the naturally bigger fighter. That's why Manny is so great,he served Cotto,a fighter PBF ducked according many people.

LOL more conspiracies, maybe Oscar just got caught in a lie when he was trying to implicate Manny. The fact of the matter is that:

        1) His speed has always been blinding

        2) According to Diaz and Oscar post fight he didn't have much power

I really dont see a case for Steroids based on performance.

What she is expressing though, is that urine testing is easier, not more effective in regards to the ability to detect a particular drug in the system. Obviously much more work needs to be done with blood testing in regards to sepearating the blood. Also, the phrase "prohibited substances" is vague, as it could refer to recrational drugs like marijuana and coke.
In cycling, for example, when they are testing for EPO or doping, they always use blood testing, because it cannot be dected in urine. That statement appears (and it may just be my perception) to be related to pre-work drug tests or police drug tests.

suprising. does she mention cycling and the blood testing used? It is the most intensive testing procedure of any sport.
