According to promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank, the March 13 super-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. is still a dead issue. It seems to me Arum WANTS this fight dead. Pacquiao's camp has been coming up with reasons not to do this from day one, and Mayweather has met their demands every time, no matter how ridiculous.
They wanted March 13, they got March 13
They want a $10 million weight penalty, they got it
They agree to drug tests but with THEIR choice of companies, they got it

They never wanted to fight Mayweather in the first place and tried to put everything they thought he wouldn't agree to in the contract. When he called their bluff and agreed rather quickly to their demands they keep trying to come up with more nonsense. Arum, Roach and Pac can all burn in hell.
