o i agree this fight will eb a breeze for sturm but what this does is make him 3 out of 5, number 1 in wba number 1 in wbo and number 1 in ring. u can ignore someone forever. but we all know the winner of tito/winky will automaticly fight the winner of hopkins/taylor. maybe sturm should take this time to fight in the usa maybe agaisnt rodeny jones, or ike quarety if he wins.

Sturm is a middleweight contender, and contender only........which genuine middleweight contender has he fought and beat?!?!?! Only Bert Schenk and Velazco...and of course both in Germany...

He did well against a mediocre and lethargic DLH who had his mind elsewhere..........and with all due respect to him, that is all Sturm has achieved to date....

I have watched his last 8 fights and he hasn't impressed me all that much, however I still do rank him in the top 5..just.

The fact that he fights 2nd tier opponents should point to the fact that he is another german, operating in a controlled environment. He now wants to fight Masoe, who hasn't fought in a year or so and is 38 years old.

I will need to see him fight top 5 contenders and beat them convincingly in order to praise him as much as you others seem to.
