Ive said from the very beginning, Floyd is playing mind games to get into Pac. And I think he's doing quite good.

If he decides not to face Floyd, he'll have to live with the issue being raised every time he's interviewed or his name is brought up. Not that it'll make much of a difference anyway if he's content with his decision.
The issue is why would the biggest crowd drawer in boxing history settle for a 50-50 take to a guy who is not as impressive?

Waste of time.... That has nothing to do with the fight.... Boxing is boxing and has nothing to do with his personal life.

Sport = Entertainment ... Thats it!

            Why not?

It's the biggest and most meaningful fight that everyone wants to see.
He's challenging the #1 P4P welter weight champion in the world, and who possesses a title belt.
He stands to make millions in another record breaking event since DLH-May.
Everyone agrees it's the biggest fight out there right now.
Besides, Pacquiao's fans want it, and made their desire clear on live TV for all to hear.

            Again, why not?

My goodness, what a waste of a thread.

Why not what? You don't agree that the Pacman is drawing millions more people than Mayweather? I'm not taking any side here, just curious. Both fighters can fight their own fights, but it's been proven that a larger crowd is following Manny. If he were the caliber of Roy Jones or Lennox Lewis when they were at the height of their careers, for example, this would not happen. Why, because at that stature, you can dictate any term you like. They knew they were bigger than boxing at the time.

I misunderstood your question. The biggest crowd drawers are both.

Why settle for 50/50 split? Because he wants to get the fight made to earn multi-millions more than his previous fights.

Because it's guaranteed money against "a guy who is not as impressive".

So, it's pretty much in line with my previous post.

Believe you and me, money maybe in gargantuan proportion, but both fighters don't need it just as badly as the promoters do, or the fans see it happens. I'd rather think that Manny prefer to do it later than March.

Look at what's happening. If the fight is off, Arum is now negotiating a Pac vs Malignaggi duel in March! Like I mentioned in my other post, the guy (Pac) has a simple mind. He doesn't know how to say no. He can retire a wealthy man without another fight. There is nothing more to prove.

Who else after Malignaggi? Pacquiao should retire from boxing after the Mayweather fight, if it ever happens. But the way I look at it, people like Arum won't let him.

Funny how people just assume Pacquiao is this perfect role-model the media likes to portray him as; and to be su****ious of anything regarding him is deemed '******ed'. Nobody is perfect out there, not even your god like creature they call Pacman.

Just imagine if this were Mayweather Jr. refusing to take a random drug test...it would be chaos. You would never hear the end of it and this site would crash from all the drama.
