True..I agree....people who keep saying Pacquiao agreed are full of ****....pacquiao is refusing to take random testing in the last 30 days and thats final.....

Because Lance Armstrong is a badass, that why. He doesn't need to make bull**** excuses and change his story every couple of hours, like Team Pac has been doing for the last few days.

That's right he is a complete badass!! As he puts it the tour de france is tough....but cancer is terror!!

1. MAN THE **** UP!!! AGREE TO THE TESTING, BEAT MAYWEATHER AND THROW ALL THIS BULL**** IN EVERYONE'S FACE!! OR LOSE BUT STILL KEEP YOUR REPUTATION, DIGNITY AND RESPECT.

2. DENY THE TESTING STANDARDS, FIGHT FOREMAN OR MALIGNAGGI AND RETIRE AND ENTER THE CORRUPT CESSPOOL THAT IS PHILLIPINO POLOTIX!!

OPTION 2 = THE WEAK MANS OPTION!!!!

i don't know where people got the idea that manny refused to undergo the additional tests.

He agreed to the tests, but is uncomfortable with blood being drawn too close to the fight.

What he agreed to is already excessive. People won't be satisfied until he agreed to get his blood drawn between rounds.

they have agreed to have blood drawn 3 times on "specific" dates.

Translation = they havnt really agreed to ****!!!!

Any testing for ped's needs to be random......if you want to put any credibility at all in the results!!!!!!!!!

I like Manny Pacquiao but PED's, EPO's, etc. can be cleared out and used in a three day window. There are many drugs that, coincidentally, could be used after that last test, and out of Manny's system after fight night.

The fact is, random testing- even if the last test WAS 3 days before the fight- keeps an athlete on his toes, doesn't allow him the opportunity to think he's safe and dope between tests; and, at its heart, that's the crucial element to USADA testing.

Did you read the article? Refusing to completely random testing is the same as refusing all testing outright. If an athlete is allowed to dictate 'no tests for the last 30 days' or 'tell me before you come to my training', then there are ways to mask the performance enhancing drugs he could be taking.

If the tests are not 100% random, and without Pacquiao's prior knowledge, they might as well not be happening; i.e. he might as well be refusing them altogether. The way his team wants to set the schedule of testing defeats the entire purpose.

the most recent statement coming from pacquiao himself is that he is fine with the blood test, just not on the day of the fight itself.

more than fair, cause he seems to believe it is one of the reason why he lost to morales. seems silly to us, but that's what he believes.

pacquiao already bend over more than he should have by agreeing on the additional tests. keep in mind, the additional tests have never been done before. of course they would question it. not to mention the one performing the test is a body that chosen by floyd's camp.

i don't know why people assume manny is already guilty when there is a legit reason why his camp questions such unusual terms.

No. They threw that stipulation in, but still said no USADA testing past a specified date. Which means- not random.
