And even without that, look at cases like Sugar Shane Mosley. When did he test positive? Yet he admitted to using performance enhancinf substances. You have all these other sports that dont pay a fraction in a lifetime of competition of what Manny stands to do that night, and they are subjected to Olympic Style ramdom testing, and Manny can't do it for one fight? For a guaranteed $25 milliom plus sponsors plus PPV? I was a fan of Manny. But he is an ambassador of the sport, and if he cant man up and show the world hes for real, he is casting doubt upon himself and the sport. If hes clean, just prove it. If not, go join Mosley, Vargas, Margarito, Luis Resto, Chavez junior and the rest of the cheaters. He honestly cant expect the fans to beleive the needle story and that a mere sample of blood leaves you weakened. If that were the case, how come Lance Armstrong had to give samples almost every day in competition and still won 7 tour de France? The needle story sounds like the Arum bitchin when Margarito got caught.

It's sorry that you cannot see the difference. Lance Armstrong was tested because a governing body had mandated random testing for all participants under its jurisdiction. PAc is refusing to be tested because his team does not need PBF and will not be bullied by him. The highest profile group criticizing Pac for not taking the random tests is Golden Boy, who refused to let Mosley take the same tests.

A MUST READ ARTICLE ABOUT BLOOD DOPING AND TESTING STANDARDS.....FROM THE EXPERT....THATS RIGHT NONE OTHER THAN VICTOR CONTE.....THE MAN WHO HELPED MOSLEY, JONES AND MONTGOMERY AVOID DETECTION FOR YEARS
I WILL GIVE YOU A SMALL SUMMARY HERE....CONTE BASICALLY SAYS
"TRADITIONAL TESTING IN BOXING IS BASICALLY WORTHLESS"
AND TO TOP THAT OFF HE EVEN SAYS ITS EASY TO BEAT USADA TESTING ASWELL
I WASN'T SURE ABOUT MANNY......NOW I THINK I DEF AM!!!!!!!!!

if it was up to me, i would ask manny to take the tests and fight. but manny and his camp has a point. a point you and a lot of posters seem to ignore.
manny agreed to the tests he isn't even supposed to take. not bending over all the way is not a sign of trying to hide something. its a sign of not wanting to be floyd's *****. i don't know why he should be treated as a cheater cause he is not. evidence supports that, not any "gut feeling".
lol at you guys saying "*******s are unreasonable for defending pacquiao the roider"
pacquiao has every right to question terms never been done in boxing before. manny agreed to be tested by a body of floyd's choice which is not required by nevada or any sanctioning body. manny is willing to undergo such tests, provided that no blood too close to the fight (arum says 1 month, roach says 5 days, manny says 1 day) cause he believes it would affect him physically. why the fuck should he be hassled more than he already is? cause floyd says so?
not to mention gbp coming out with untrue statements that manny rejected the tests outright. it is misleading the public that manny is not willing to take the tests and has something to hide, where in fact, he is willing to take never-been-used-before testing by a body of floyd's choosing just to satisfy floyd's paranoia. he just doesn't want to be made to do something that is unnecessary and is uncomfortable with.
are my points unreasonable, and you gonna call me a *******?Last edited by aether; 12-25-2009, 10:03 AM.

Just a question....
Is there any athlete that was tested by the USADA prevented from competing in the olympics?
Does the USADA releases results of their test prior to the competition?.......
If the USADA test your blood 1 day before or during the day of the fight.....would they have the results immediately and prevent the fight/competition from taking place?
If your answers are ....YES...
then, why are olympic winners allowed to compete then have their medals revoke several days after???

i have made this exact same point about lance and the tour from the first day of this travesty.
lets be real, its not that manny is afraid of needles, he has 4 tattoos, and if he was, this guy gets punched in the ***n face for a living, like he cant turn his head for a needle.
i am not a mayweather fan, but i dont blame him.
if manny has nothing to hide then he would just take the few tests throughout the next 3 months and knock floyd out like the whole world wants.
there is obviously a message by the nonresponse from fred roach.
i mean what does that tell u if freddy hasnt said anything, he is usually always talking.
pacman looks dirty and may be after all this crap.
we normal people in society take tests just to work an inadequate job and make meaningless money with random tests throughout our lives and careers, now this guy wont take one for 40 million????
guilty

Many Pac defenders say the Pac shouldn't bow down to Floyds request because Pac isn't Floyd's *****.
But lets say Pac does decide to goes throught the proposed tests. Do Pac defenders feel that boxing fans will call him a ***** for "bowing to Floyd"?
On the contrary, the majority of boxing fans will applaud Pac. And it will silence all the Pac haters.
It's hard as **** to defend Pac in this situation. Whether you feel Floyd's proposals are fair or unfair one thing is very clear at this point, Pac's refusal to go the the USADA's testing procedures, which includes random testing, makes him look like he's hiding something.
Pac fans will defend him to the end. The majority of the rest will always have doubts.
