so Pacquiao agreed to take a test any time just not on the actual day of the fight? WTF is the problem? They should easily be able to compromise because that is more than reasonable.

Is it odd the last time that pacq lost a bout was when he needed to submit a few mls of blood prior to the fight? Then after he was able to dodge BLOOD tests he became a "MACHINE"?

Look at who got caught when the testing caught up with the PEDs in the other sports.

This is a year when we saw one of the top wws caught with loaded gloves so who is to say this fighter is not using something illegal and undetectable?

Team pacq have been hiding something for quite some time now and that "getting my blood drawn before a fight making me weak" excuse is a bunch of BS!
