    What floyd wants:
testing including blood and urine sample taken randomly during the training camp, maybe as close as 24 hours before the fight. such demands are based on demands starting from a rumor started by his father, without any facts to support it. something that manny is not comfortable with due to previous experience in the morales fight. never been done in boxing before to my knowledge. would be sufficient to find out if any of them is cheating.

    What Manny wants:
testing including blood and urine sample taken randomly during the training camp, but no blood samples a month before the fight. take all the urine they want, and a blood sample immediately after the fight. manny is comfortable with this and is also sufficient to find out if any of them is cheating. far stricter than the usual tests, yet he is willing to under go it.

the reason why manny does not want the blood test is not because he's trying to hide something. that would be pointless cause of the blood test right after the fight. something he is willing to undergo, not to mention the random urine tests. doctors have suggested that urine test is sufficient to find any ped's, yet in manny's compromise, he is willing to have his blood tested just to satisfy floyd's paranoia, just not so close to the fight. WOULD YIELD THE SAME RESULT.

in short, floyd is being a *****.
in short, Manny is a big baby.

with that said, i believe the fight would go through as planned.

im just having a hard time how anyone who has been following the sport can't see how much of a ***** move this is for floyd.
Manny is only agreeing to take the test on his terms. Based on his demands, as I said in another post, if he is taking performance-enhancing substances, depending on how long it stays in your system, he would have 25 days or longer to take it and avoid getting caught at the post fight blood test.

I will take that comment even further. Under that 30-day out requirement, Pacquaio could smoke two ounces of marijuana an hour after the blood is drawn at the 30 day point, and it will be out of his system and he will test clean by fight time.

How is a $10 Million pound stipulation a fair compromise? You fail.
this is a big big fight. you think a couple of million would prevent floyd to come in overweight if he wants to? manny wants floyd to honor the agreed weight.

manny doesnt have to comply with additional tests yet he did. "his terms" are fair. he just wouldn't want to be subjected to something he is not comfortable with based on accusation started by floyd's father.

alot of are under the assumption that manny rejected the tests outright. which is not the case at all.

and did i mention that ellerbe and floyd playing "hide the sausage" has more weight than manny being on peds?

The blood tests are the important issue here, and Manny wanting scheduled blood tests to suit him defeats the whole purpose of having them.

If he is doing something, they can cycle it to avoid detection by the tests. Having them randomly during training removes the possibility of effective cycling and leaving more chance of them getting caught.

Floyds demands are more reasonable as he will be having the exact same testing as Manny.

Manny refusing because of "superstitions" is unfair.

Both fighters are getting the test and anti-doping agency do there test randomly, If you have nothing to hide then there would be NO objection, Spin it which ever way but both fighter are in the same boat.

Both fighter are getting pay more than any fighter for this fight in the history of boxing. and both are going through the test. No one is subjecting poor manny to it alone.

the tests were never used in boxing before. what manny agreed on is a far stricter test than the standard. i can see why they are complaining on this one.
