1st i'd like to know how can mayweather fans jump on this.. and make it a huge deal.. if manny is on anything they would find it on the post fight blood test that manny agreed to.. and if manny won, mayrunner could get his "0" back.. simple as that.. why change rules.. it's not like manny has denied taking any blood test.. and if he's hiding something.. that would also be revealed in the bloodwork.. if manny agrees to testing and passes everythig with flying colors.. have GBP give him an extra 10mill.. for slurring his name!

besided whatever happened to all the nuthugging bedwetter fans who, like him, kept saying manny is an easy fight for foney.. doesnt look like it's easy anymore now that the fight is on the verge of being made!!

Mayweather is just making an issue here to skipped Pac from Pac devastations! We have set of rules and guidelines to follow in boxing used by great boxers in the past until to this contemporary time and generally effective, and suddenly why needs to change now just because of the demand of crazy Mayweather? Why this rules should apply only to Pac-Mayweather while not in the past, present and scheduled other matches, just because of this unfounded malicious su****ion of this Mayweather Sr? This is not an issue of roids and fear of needles anymore but more an ego to man up these rules in boxing and discard what is not. More than not an issue of Pac swallowing his ego for 20 million dollars to concede Mayweather demand because if so, Mayweather will swallow his for this 20 million dollars to concede to the counter-proposal of Pac! This is an issue of adhering to the existing boxing rules and to fight to win! Me too even if I am clean if I were Pac, I will not subject myself to that ridiculous demand of the Mayweather except if they would present an evidence that I had cheated in my performances! Because if pac gives up to their demand, the precedence will be worse and it will not ends up from Pac-Maywether saga but threaten boxing rules as a whole in the future!

Back in the sixties the football coaches gave steriods to the players like they were eating candy ,,,, like putting sugar on their cereal,,,, you weren't anywhere but in the mind of God at that time,,,,, so just listen:

The players walked around like little Arnold Schwarzenegger's!!!! Not only was there a physical appearance but steriods were mind altering ! When the players were done with football,,,, they no longer got the steroids and they went NUTS. One in particular that was super big shriveled up to nothing and ended up on Heroin and died.

I was in powerlifting,,, several were on steriods... You might mask it in testing but there are many tell tale signs,,,, the coach did it,, many of the lifters in this gym did it,,,, they tried to get me to do it , six weeks out they began to change.. No teasing, went on ,,, watch out after the contest,,, it took much down time to get back to a somewhat normal LOOK and ACT. The skin changes,,,, the DEMEANOR changes,,,


I said all of this to say ,,, PAC shows ZERO evidence of STERIOD CHANGE,,,, he has grown into his natural body,, he has worked hard with correct nutrition, he has left the starving days of the early weights and now no longer starves and think about it , he still comes in at like 144 tops..

His OUTWARD Physical look has no LOOK of steroid abuse !

Blood vs. urine? USADA clears up fuss over Mayweather-Pacquiao drug testing feud

The notion of bad blood interfering with the negotiations between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao's representatives wasn't far fetched. Neither camp gets along with the other.

But with Tuesday's announcement from Mayweather's camp that Pacquiao has refused the Olympic-style random drug testing, tensions have reached a new high.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission uses urine tests before and after fights to check for steroids other and performance-enhancing drugs. A blood test is required to earn a one-year license to fight in Nevada, too.

Mayweather's camp is demanding the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency conduct random blood tests during training. Pacqiuao's promoter, Bob Aurm, has said his fighter has agreed to be blood tested three times: in January, 30 days before the fight and then right after the fight.

Travis Tygart, the CEO of USADA, told Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports that both urine and blood tests are needed to determine if a fighter is clean.

"There is no urine-based tested for human-growth hormone," Tygart said. "It doesn’t show up in the urine. It’s only a blood-based test. That’s true of a number of prohibited substances, particularly those that would enhance and aid a boxer.”

Tygert also added the schedule Arum is proposing won't work, because a fighter would have the advantage of knowing when he'd be tested.

“That kind of window is totally unacceptable,” Tygart said. “It would provide a huge loophole for a cheater to step through and get away with cheating.”

Dr. Gary Wadler, an internal medicine physician and chairman of the World Anti-Doping Agency’s Prohibited List and Methods sub-committee, supported Tygar's position.

“The fundamental principle is that the time and place of testing is in the domain of the governing body, not of the athlete,” Wadler told Yahoo! Sports. “It would lose all its validity if the athlete could pick and choose when he is going to be tested and for what he’s going to be tested for and how he’s going to be tested. They’re sophisticated enough now that if someone wanted to, you could play the calendar to your advantage."

And to Arum's notion that Pacquaio will feel "weakened" by getting his blood drawn close to the fight? Victor Conte, the founder of Bay-Area Laboratory Cooperative (BALCO), said the tests would have no physical effect on either fighter.

“That amount would be less than one-half of one percent (of the total blood in the body),” Conte told Yahoo! Sports. “It’s not going to have any effect, the drawing of blood. Could it have some mental effect? That’s the only down side of that. It’s certainly not going to have any physical effect, giving blood before a fight.”

The implementation of drug testing remains the only sticking point on negotiations for a fight that could break all of boxing's revenue records.

Will either side blink in time for the fight to happen? It doesn't sound like Mayweather adviser Leonard Ellerbe plans to back off on his demands.

"They're backed up against the wall. Either they're going to step up to the plate and do this, or my guy's not stepping up into the ring and fighting," Ellerbe said on "The Huge Show" on Wednesday. "If you have nothing to hide, why not subject yourself to this testing?"
