According to Leonard Ellerbe, adviser to Floyd Mayweather Jr, a fight with Manny Pacquiao will not happen unless Manny agrees to use the United States Anti Doping Agency for random Olympic-style drug testing. Per the rules of the USADA, both fighters would have to take 3 to 5 bloods test and 10 to 12 urine tests over a 10-week period. Pacquiao refuses to subject himself to random testing, which allows the USADA to test him numerous times during his training camp or even on the day of the fight. He will not agree to numerous blood tests during his camp. Pacquiao has already agreed to take three blood tests. One prior to the press conference on January 6, another on February 13 [30-days before the fight] and the third would happen in the dressing room when the fight was over. Pacquiao has yet to agree to take any blood tests within the 30-day window of the fight. [Click Here To Read More]

I agree with Ellerbe..(never thought I'd say that )
obviously Mayweather will be taking identical tests so I don't see the problem..it removes all doubt and makes the win even more clear with this type of test..
no doubt about weight, roids, gloves, split, etc..this would be the first fight in A LONG time where it will be straight down the middle from the negotiations to fight itself!.
