He's being superstitious the same way any athelete who is superstitious, like always putting on one shoe before the other and the thousand other rituals athletes do before they compete.

Losing the actual blood might not physically hinder him, but it seems like it will definitely affect his mental. And boxing is mostly mental, as some trainers like to point out.

Pacquiao is a man of FAITH and it's no secret that he very much believes in GOD and prays a hell of alot according to him..Superstitions don't exist in the Christian religion..that's pagan and putting a supernatural power on something other than god..

So that excuse is bull**** too...

Not reaching at all..ask any christian pastor, priest, deacon, etc what they feel about superstitions..I damn near got ripped a new one when I said something about superstitions to a deacon..he questioned my faith on being a Catholic..and set me straight..ever since then..I see superstitions more as habits..and not with an actual affect toward a particular action..

as we saw on all 24/7's Manny makes sure he's being seen praying..in church..and a man of faith..he makes himself look very involved in his religion..and they don't tolerate **** like that...trust me!..

and yes..she's the baddest chick out right now...I'd marry her tomorrow!..

i believe you ... but usually it's not followed quite that strict ... although i'm not really that religious ... i know they also say not to be entertained in any form of violence ... he's in a violent sport ... that's all i can touch up on in that matter ....

anyways ... by any chance do you recall on the 24/7 vs hatton when he went to the physical and told the doctor that he hated needles?? just curious i may be remembering wrong ... but from what i recall i was like, "how can someone who gets punched for a living be afraid of a needle?"

Now that's a broad subject and can be debated..such as..Boxing to Pacquiao is like defending a client to a Lawyer..it's a job..where rules and limits are set..it's a sport...but putting some kind of supernatural power on to something other than god himself is a HUGE SIN..that's like really believing in a "JINX" if you feel you hold the "power" to really "jinx" someone..then you hold godly powers..it's not possible..and not real (from a religious view)

and nah I can't remember that bro..any idea if it was in the first 2 ep. or the last 2 so I could try and find it and skim through it...
