I believe this move is about Floyd going into the fight knowing its a fair fight and not having any doubts in his mind which would be a physiological disaster the first time he was hit hard , it would be impossible to perform at your best with that in the back of your mind .
Floyd wouldnt have a clue whether Manny is a cheat , he is risking his life fighting him and has a right to know he is not up against drug enhancement ,,, its all Floyd state of mind I feel , nothing but self serving and in my opinion fair play considering the big picture .
