Not everyones body reacts the same though, some ppl heal quicker. Some ppl don't get the feeling of weakness for a day or two. Everyones body reacts differently from it.

It's crazy because Mayweather does have every right to ask. I mean, after all, he is the dude stepping inside that ring. Not any of us, but him.

So Floyd is trying to make Pac weak by taking the same tests as him? As if he knows the exact reaction Pac is going to have to it?

We are talking about Olympic drug style testing. Meaning, The best athletes in the world are succumbed to these tests every year... and then have to compete on the highest level.

It doesn't weaken you. It's already been explained that,

"Tygart noted Olympic athletes are tested often and without notice. He said less than a teaspoon of blood is removed out of an average of 380 teaspoons in the normal human and that it regenerates within an hour of being withdrawn.

Blood tests, he said, can find things urine tests can’t, like the use of human growth hormone, synthetic hemoglobin or blood transfusions, all of which “certainly would aid in an endurance-type event.?/b>

Manny isn't giving blood to save the life of someone in an accident. It's less than a teaspoon! THE END.

I've given more blood than that, then ran 90 minutes, and gotten my ribs beat in for an hour in Frazier's boxing gym. Obviously by my appearance here, I am not the P4P King that Pacman is, but really- someone on his level is not going to be "weakened by giving blood". If anyone here stepped in a boxing gym, much less an actual gym, or got up off of their couches, you'd know something about physical training and the human body. There are differences in having blood taken. This test would do nothing to harm either fighter.

                for this kind of testing;

less than a teaspoon of blood is removed out of an average of 380 teaspoons in the normal human and that it regenerates within an hour of being withdrawn.

Of course Floyd Sr. was right. Pacquiao and Roach should both be banned from the sport (but only after Floyd whips him in the ring).

I lost the link, because I've visited about 16 articles since hearing about this, so better to cross reference all the nonsense that is coming out. I copied and pasted this to e.mail to a friend, but its from some article that seemed worthwhile:

Fighters, though, are not routinely tested before bouts for performance-enhancing drugs, and there are no blood tests done for those drugs.

Mayweather’s father, Floyd Sr., said after the Cotto fight that he suspected Pacquiao was using performance-enhancing drugs to move up and win titles in so many weight classes. Ellerbe did not make that claim, but said that for a fight of such magnitude fans deserve to be confident neither fighter is cheating.

“If it’s good enough for LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Michael Phelps and Lance Armstrong why isn’t it good enough for Manny Pacquiao??Ellerbe asked. “The fans and sports deserve a level playing field.?br />
Travis Tygart, executive director of the USADA, said he had talked to representatives of both fighters about providing testing. Tygart said he welcomed the request as he would for any sport that does not have stringent Olympic-type testing.

“I think every sport that wants to have clean athletes it’s a sign of a step forward to have out of competition testing,?Tygart said. “It’s an essential thing to do if you want to protect the integrity of the sport. Clean athletes want a level playing field.?br />
Tygart noted Olympic athletes are tested often and without notice. He said less than a teaspoon of blood is removed out of an average of 380 teaspoons in the normal human and that it regenerates within an hour of being withdrawn.

Ellerbe said he couldn’t imagine why Pacquiao wouldn’t agree, especially considering both fighters would likely make more than $25 million for the bout.

“Only Manny Pacquiao can answer that question,?Ellerbe said. “The ball is in his court.?/b>

We got to start wondering about ALL of Roach's fighters now. Maybe that's why Amere Con is doing a little better now. Roach might have a whole drug dealing operation going on in there.
