dummy , when they say they want to choose the time of the random test , they're talking about 11:03am , 1:05pm time.

not the actual day they do the random tests.

roach's point now is do random tests on random days but at a set time.

example: 11am

they can come any day between the announcement of the fight to 2-3 days before the fight but let it be at a set time of say 11am.

no need for the 8pm at night , 2am in the morning tests.

the stuff they are testing for doesn't disappear from the blood in a matter of hours. they can do it any day just not at ****** times.

That's outdated. They changed it in July 2008 for Cotto-Margarito. It's 8 oz now.

Why should he? He's Elvis plus the President of his country in terms of popularity. He'll make a nice amount of money and fame off any opponents, he doesn't need to schedule someone who demeans him.

PBF bit off more than he could chew, and now any replacement opponent he schedules will be met with criticism.

Pacquiao, though, can go fight for the 154 lb. belt even though he's undersized, or there's fights out there vs. Bradley or a 3rd fight with Marquez. He really doesn't need Mayweather; Mayweather, in much of the public's eyes, lost his p4p #1 ranking so he needed the new #1 guy to prove where he was.

and as fast as he spends all his "money", he needs the bout more than Manny.....

You seriously believe that Manny refuses to do a drug test will look for worse then Floyd then Manny? I highly doubt it plays out like that since this question would dog Manny for a long time, Why did you pull out of the biggest fight in decades because on some small blood tests?

I fail to see how that will amke Manny look better.

They both need the bout the same because anything else pales in comparision. Both can make money elsewhere great money compared to waht others make in the sport but that is peanuts compared to what they make together.

I'd rather see them destroy each other inside the ring than outside of it. Pacquaio being a public figure and a foreigner would have difficulty making a libel or slander case prosper against a US citizen on US soil under US law.

Media can propagate and cultivate this belief of steroid use, but that doesn't prove anything. It simply builds su****ion, making boxing bodies look inept in policing its own sport, and making it a lot harder for superfights to happen.

Mayweather winning the fight outside the ring by tarnishing a fighter with the best chance to make him showcase his natural gifts doesn't earn him a multi-million payday or add to his boxing resume. Best he'd get out of this is a way out of what probably would be the most difficult fight of his career.

the money thing is to sell tickets, play the villain and make ppl tune in to see him get his ass kicked. same thing ali did early on in his career. its just an act and it doesnt hurt the sport one bit.

he just helped the sport by starting something which may lead to mandatory blood tests for all major boxing events. which for those a bit slow means making the usage of illegal substances harder for boxers hense making the sport safer and more respectable.

and he's playing the villian very well and the funny thing is that in this time and day of age alot of ppl like the villian and it makes the good guy look no good.

he has no reason to submit to anything aside from the ordinary

dont get pissed because Floyd said "jump" and manny said "**** off floyd"

Olympic testing is the best sort of testing and is the most likely to catch a cheater, Floyd has agreed to all demands and this is the sticking point.

If you turn down the biggest fight in a long long time because you refuse to get tested that raises certain question.


Unless of course you are OK with guys cheating aslong as they can game the system and not get caught.
