Oh so, Arum's fighters are immune from getting gifts? How about Cotto's summer Christmas present against Clottey? But the Pacquiao-Cotto fight went forward anyway.

What record straight? WTF are you guys talking about? Who does Arum protect? Pac? Cotto? Floyd? Oscar? Margarito? Juanma? Calderon? Peterson? Last year he tried to put Pavlik in there with P-Will and Paul outpriced himself out of the fight. But, we do not want to mention that do we? He tried to put Pavlik in there with Allan Green but HBO turned it down. Is that protecting? What is Arum job actually? Arum job is to get the most money for his fighter. And, he does that. And, he make sure we get boxing. So what are you complaining about? Do not act like Goosen never ever protected none of his fighrters. And, it took Williams-Martinez to get a FOTY from goosen. Look how many candidates of FOTY that Arum has throughout the years. Come on now...

I had Clottey winning but what rounds did Clottey clearly. I mean Clearly win. I am not talking about swing rounds or close rounds. I am talking about clearly win?

And, that was not Bob Arum that Golden boy who put that bull**** of a fight on HBO. But, somehow Arum is the bad guy.

Greenburg gives dates also to Al Haymon fighters. Berto vs a mexican cop suppose to be on HBO. But, Jaunma vs Mtwaga is a joke of a fight? Come on bro. Showtime has very limited tv dates. And, Showtime also does a lot deals whit Shaw. When Arum gets his tv dates you see good fights. But, when he can not get dates. He puts on his own shows. He is the last real promoter left. GBP did just one independent PPV. Shaw has never done one, Goosen has never done one. So when they don't get tv dates and tv money. There fighters just sit out. They do not fight at all. But, I guess you cool with that?

Before HBO started catering to Alvin Haymon and GBP they were catering to Top rank and arum but he only put together a few decent fights in years, When GBP started signing alot of good fighters HBO stop giving Top rank money for them to put on any fights when they could choose from other options.

The only great fights that Arum could sell to HBO are the fights involving his own fighters with him knowing he would end up making money from both fighters purse, If not he would put on silly fights.

For once i agree with the way HBO were running thing apart from giving GBP all the dates.

Goossen counters Arum's comments regarding the contract for Pavlik-Williams in 2008 and December 5, 2009. [Click Here To Read More]
Sounds like goosen don't like the fight no more. I doubt it happens

I'm just saying that Top Rank and Golden Boy put on more garbage fights than Goosen does. I'm not saying they don't ever put up good fights. They put up more bad ones than good ones though.

Pavlik will duck Williams again and use money as his excuse this time.
