What legal incentive is there for the so called "Olympic style" drug tests.

What legal act, or professional sports regulation within the state of Nevada imposes such a thing on athletes?

This really can be viewed as an infringement to NSAC policy, and can be declined by either party without the even slightest possibility of punishment.

True but I would hope the NSAC institutes this. Nothing wrong with it. Granted, it won't stop most PEDs but you will see more positive tests.

Its the same as the 145lb weight limit. It is not the norm BUT if both fighters sign contracts to honor it then they can be held accountable.

I've never seen Floyd inject his hands. Are you sure you aren't confusing Floyd with Billy Graham?

          Link or vid, please.

He numbs his hands before fights, and during training camp.

I'm not sure if he does that before all of his fights but hey, be careful what you ask for. Besides, who says Manny's the only one that might be juicing?

This was included in the contract after careful legal consultation
