roy should stop fighting ,but if he were to take training seriously he would get another title and he needs to build his confidence up i say a perfect way to do that is destroying the p4p mma champ in silva and the at the same time all the ****ty hype over ground humping would be over.

Roy doesn't need the money, he's a lock for first ballot HOF and a lot of people don't want to see him get hurt, maybe serious brain damage at this point.

Roy is done. He can train with anybody he wants and change his style. Bottom line it all doesn't matter because he can't take a punch to the side of the head anymore. As soon as he get hits in that spot he falls down like a tree getting cut down. It's pretty much his brain telling him it can't take it no more which makes the rest of his body cave in.

An overhand right then caught Jones towards the back of the head sending him to the canvas.

There was no head movement, no tight guard, no staying away from the ropes, a low left hand and a very predictable, telegraphed left hand shot. It was as if Roy was living in the past, relying on his old tactics, depending solely on his speed to get him out of trouble. If he intends on continuing his boxing career, it might be time to get a trainer who'll teach him the boxing fundamentals which could help him defend himself more conventionally and introduce a better fight strategy. Roy can no longer depend on using speed as his defense and really needs to learn some new defensive techniques. He'll need to become a different fighter.

Could Roy adapt his style and improve his defense by using a new trainer or is it too late, are the bad habits set for life and is Jones a shot fighter anyway?
          He's 40 years old. It's over.

Are you kidding me.....he's how old? His style is cemented for life. No trainer or style in the world would make him as great as he was, he is just past his prime. He is still great for who he is but will never be the same.
