First of all, Pacquiao hasn't turned down the fight yet. Arum just landed in the Philippines yesterday and hasn't sat down with Manny yet to present the agreement he reached with Mayweather. All this talk is just blind speculation.

When Arum presents the proposed terms and Pacquiao refuses, then everyone can and should jump on Manny for ducking the fight. But he hasn't refused it yet.

Hey Dumbass, it hasnt even been a month yet since the fight with cotto. Mayweather hasnt had a "sparring session" since september so its easy for him to consider a fight asap.

pac has been trying to get in politics but lost a couple years ago, now hes trying again. Helping his countrymen is more of a priority than fighting mayweather who just wants a payday. you should know facts first before you start yappin away. I wanna see this fight happen soon as much as you do.

Its way too soon to say Pac is ducking but it makes perfect sense he would put this fight of because of elections. There's no way they are that sure he will beat Floyd.

For its the obvious one. He knows Mayweather is the best boxer in the business and will be an extremely tough fight to win, He could very well lose the bout and most likely will. This cannot be a good thing before the elections...so he'll use every excuse in the book to avoid him.
