I think Williams is too high on that list. I could understand him being on the list but that not that high.

That's the only legit argument for this, even then Mosley is now only 10 months off and they both have scheduled fights. There's either a 1 year limit or there isn't. Mosley doesn't qualify yet.

JMM has a good case to be in front of Williams too.
