    Sorry for another Floyd thread, but

    Just can't help pointing out that during the leadup to the Marquez fight, Floyd was inccessant in his argument of choosing Marquez as an oponent that he 'had a whole country behind him' and drew a significant draw, as opposed to Mosely. Now that the PPV numbers are out for Pacquio - Cotto, Floyd is now claiming that his PPV success with Marquez was solely because of him, and Marquez had no attraction at all. I just find this amusing. That is all.

    Floyd was making all that **** up, He was getting $15Mill for Marquez and only $8Mill for Mosley, that's why he went with Marquez, duh. But hey who wouldn't?

      Marquez has never been in a fight that did number close to what they did with FMJ.
      His next highest is 415k with Manny.

              I never heard of that..they're both GBP why would Marquez be worth more?..

                From what I heard it is based on ppv percentages. Floyd got a massive share of the ppv percentages with Marquez.
                I have never heard those numbers either, though.
