It was tough to watch, Ward looked young, fresh and hungry and looks like a great prospect, there's no denying the headbutt played a roll in the fight but as Mikkel said Ward was the better man. Kessler should fair much better against Froch.

Ward is not only a good switch-hitter but also a great headbutter...the times he lead with his head were rediculous...but not get me wrong, he clearly won this fight on points due to his speed and footwork but hit makes me feel uncomfortable with Kessler clearly being affected by those butts at the same time...still Kessler looked even worse then vs JC as his inactivity and low-level of opposition had hurt him...escpecially his footwork has gone downhill - and as a lot of people said: he can't adjust to one's style if his opponent figures him out.
1 last thing I realized yesterday: Abraham has better footwork than Kessler, who just moved in straight lines - I've never would have thought that...

For the clinching: not that bad at all when compared to many other fights.

Ward should really thank Moegens Palle for ******ing Kessler as a fighter for so many years.
