we all know manny has the power to hurt floyd badly he has shown us that, but right now keep it at floyd because alot of people are under estimating his power
I cant speak for everyone but I'm pretty certain that when people say Floyd cant hurt Pac it's not Floyd's power they're analyzing. It's his fighting nature in the ring. He hasnt opened up on the offense in YEARS. even against a clearly smaller Marquez who wasnt able to hurt him. He fights off his backfoot, picks a shot or 2 then moves to reset. I think Floyd has enough power to snap Pac's head back...but he wont have the power to buckle Pac no matter what he does. Part because Manny's legs are like tree trunks and are too strong to be buckled, and part because even if Floyd fights the way you say.....Pac is no Ricky Hatton. He wont get hit with the same regularity, and Floyd doesnt have a high enough workrate to build up that kind of cumulative damage.

If PBF can land often enough he can hurt Pac i would think. But Pac dont let you hit him too often. And the more PBF tries hitting, the more he will be hit.
Pac is more capable of taking PBFs hits than the other way around.

I think he is very capable of hurting pac-man.

SO WHY IS MAYWEATHER SO MISCONCEIVED AS BEING A LIGHT PUNCHER THAT CANT HURT YOU?
Floyd can't hurt JMM, DLH, Castillo & Judah. The only one he hurt was hatton who lasted only 2 rds with Pac & was put to sleep.

If Floyd thinks he can out run Pac. He will have the shock of his life. Pac will hunt him like a Chicken. Remember Pac handle rooster in his farm. He knows how to catch a Chicken!!!

it wasnt Pac. Hatton took a ton of punishment in the ring with floyd and thats why people were saying hatton should retire after his first loss to floyd

when floyd and pac meet, expect pac to get TKO'ed and potentially KO'ed.

all i know is that, after a fight with Mayweather, he wont be the same. floyd is going to dish pac alot of punishment which is sure to change him as a figher
Bull*****. Collazo softened hatton up for Gayweather. He was only a shell of his former self after that fight.

You can't compare Cotto's punching to Mayweather's. With Cotto it's all about bludgeoning his opponent into submission whereas Mayweather relies heavily on timing.

I'm sure that if you asked both to test their punching on some kind of machine Cotto would be the heavier hitter. But you have to think of the net result. Mayweather catches you when you least expect it and that's the WORST time to be caught, period. Timing has always been more valuable than brute power.

Well noone thinks Pacquiao hits any harder than Cotto even though Pac knocked out Cotto.

Right timing and placement, anyone can get hurt. Floyd would have to throw alot of punches to break him down tho, don't see that happening.
