ive been i die hard fan of cotto for years now that picture is what u call a real man .no-****- he just got his ass whooped and still has enough to go up to manny and congragulate him... he fights the best and gives the fans what they want to see cotto is pure class i will be a fan until he retiers and no matter how many losses he has

The replies that came after mine were cool. I think as fans we get caught in the "opponent" that is facing our favorite fighter. Heck, i got caught in it with Cotto facing Pacquiao. Then as the fight goes on you start to respect the opponent whether he is winning or losing. I respect soooo much Pacquiao because i had my doubts on him winning in a welterweight division. I always knew he was an ATG, just felt he could not beat an established welterweight. He did more than beat an established welterweight, he destroyed that fighter. Whether Cotto got away from his fight plan or took Pacquiao lightly, only Cotto knows

I do want him to come back and fight Margarito to quiet both Cotto fans and Margarito fans about the plaster issue. I also want him to fight Mosley again. If he can beat both Margarito and mosley then he did a very good job. I don't think Pacquiao will be around for Cotto to fight him. I think pacquiao will retire after floyd fight. Plus, Cotto might not be able to beat pacquiao if he wanted that fight again. Only time will tell how his career is remembered, the same for Mosley, Floyd, Pacquiao or any other active fighter.
