yeah this is shawn and i know there will be haters on here. there are haters everywhere i guess. some people get off on it.

my plans for the future? i would like to become a unified champ at 147 and then 154. my immediate plans are fighting this week end at my home away from home in Tunica, MS at the Fitz casino. i am fighting Jerome Ellis. i then plan to step it up a little and fight back in Cleveland on ESPN sometime early next year.

Manny is a beast. but he is a beast in sheeps clothing. training was world class. he gave it to me and i think i gave it to him. but what happens in training stays in training. thats all i really want to say about the knockdown rumors

starting at 27 is going to be real tough on you. but if we don't have dreams we will never accomplish anything. shoot for the moon brother. if you don't make it you will always be a star
