    140.

Edit: I don't know if he's been the best there. But I think it's his ideal weight class.

What is the best (CURENT IDEAL) weight class for Pacquiao?
Can't say because Pacquiao hasn't declined in any weight. Only gotten better.

right now, 140 lbs is his best weight. he can still make 140 lbs easy.... he has to eat 8000000000000000000000000 calories just to make 144 lbs.

That seemed strange to me since he was 148 for Oscar.

Welterweight though I was initially inclined to say JWW.

Simply because the Cotto fight was IMO a great display of skills plus his chin is now answered. Also, this is where the money and legacy fights are at.

Hard to tell, but I'd say 140, he would be a beast at the weight but there's no competition besides Bradley and he's high risk/low reward to be honest. He could compete at welter against anyone there.
