You must not know boxing skills. When guys like Bert Sugar say Paul Williams has the most unique skillset he's seen in 40 years, I tend to believe them. The guy punches from more angles than Pacquiao and has great footwork and head movement. You do not see him lay on the ropes and take punches like Pacquiao did vs Cotto, Marquez, and Morales.

You do not see Paul Williams fighting bigger men either....

Only reason he wins is because of his size not his boxing skills. Quintana took him to school and Quintana's technique isn't even that good

Williams is a very, very high caliber of fighter. The only reason this guy is not high on the P4P list is because of one decision loss. He has already taxed PlasterCheato, Quintana and Winky and has everyone from 147-160 ducking him.

There is many, many reason Williams would beat Pac: Bigger, Stronger, Higher volume of punches. Arguably a harder hitter (see devastating Quintana KO). Also granite chin, combination punching ability and will mix it anywhere: inside and out.

If Pac was 3 or 4 inches taller and had 2-3 inches more reach, Williams would get KO'd. He's not on Pac's level. Only reason he got by in the WW division was because of his height and reach advantage.

If Williams hit like Mugabi and had a Foreman right hand then Pac would get KOed in 1 minute. What's your point? The only reason he got by in the WW division was because of height and reach? You are a mentally ******ed poster. If Williams can't make WW healthily, Pac starches him. Williams has never faced an opponent that is anywhere near Pac's level, in terms of boxing ability. Williams has never faced an opponent that's bigger than him. Williams best win was against an old Winky Wright.
The only reason he gets by is because of his height and reach, not boxing ability.
