    Simple question. No hate.
    Personally, and I am a big fan of his. I think not. I believe he was on the cusp and did not finish.
    Who is to say in the future it can still happen but as of now I say no.

        He has more boxing skill than Trinidad,so by that alone he should be up there!!

          Personally I think its about who you beat not all on your skill. Mike Tyson was no Ali but KOed enough to be a great.

              Cotto did a number at 140-147!!Tito's biggest win at 147 was kinda um,not really what happened,in that fight!!

                It's a hard question. Trinidad versus Mosely and (plastered up) Cheato would have been a spectacle that's for sure.
