- would be for Pac's legacy, historic 5th lineal championship (WW)
- wouldn't sell as much PPV
- Shane finally gets the big payday he's been chasing
- way more entertaining, way more drama: Can Pac take a punch from a 147 Shane? Can Pac's flurries put a dent in Mosley's iron chin? How would Pac deal with Shane's speed? How would Shane deal with Pac's speed?
