I believe Cotto is wearing shoes and Pacquiao is not so that is why Pac looks taller

Pacquiao put his shoes back on after weigh in. I just re watch it on my DVR.

Pac was wearing shoes and flexing the whole time while Cotto was relaxed so it was really hard to gauge sizes...Cotto will rehydrate alot and look even bigger..Im not sure Manny had to dehydrate as much or at all.

They're not comparable. Yeah, Pacquiao looks a little bit bigger than his usual self but this picture clearly shows that Cotto is by far the heavier guy.
