But when JMM mentions a blurp of floyd, floyds comes running. Same deal with Hatton. As long as someone from a lighter division mentions floyds name, floyd is all open to him. When was the last time Floyd fought a championed welterweight, or even a threat? baldomir? judah? please....

I dont care what happened 5-10 years ago. It's just excuses for floyd not fighting contenders. Going after JMM instead of Cotto was a clear definition of *****ing out.

I'm not questioning Pac's legacy by no means, but damn sometimes Roach makes it sound as if Pac ain't that good. He is always saying that his opponents are shot, and downplaying his accomplishment. If I was the trainer I'd hype the sh** out the other guy even if I knew he ******, just to make my fighters accomplishment seem better.

it trips me out how people are riding pacs nuts when Roach openly admitted, since coming to WW, they have been calling out shot fighters. hell, even Morales(last two fights) and Barrera were shot. of course, the guy who wasnt shot, they avoided like the plague...JMM

They called out DLH b/c Roach said DLH was shot and couldnt pull the trigger. They called out Hatton B/c Floyd detroyed hatton and he was never the same...shot.

now they are calling out Cotto b/c they believe hes shot too.

Pac, Roach and their camp are the most disgraceful camp in boxing today. people are so busy drinking the cool-aid. they dont even realize Pac isnt fighting viable fighters.

cotto is going to be the one they were wrong about. and this is truly going to expose how hyped up Pac really is. dude isnt nothing more than a B-class fighter.

I know. He seemed kind of scared for Manny in the beginning, and I know that this sudden shift is just to hype the fight, but still, he talked bad about Hatton, which was a huge win for Manny. He then said (in an article here) that Oscar may not have had anything on fight night, but that the way Manny maintained his compusure was impressive. So he basically said that Oscar was only a good win because it showed that Manny could stick to a game plan, and not get reckless. WOW!
