What makes you think Pacquiao would fight Martinez? He is not a big name, Pacquiao will most likely go after a big name to make some decent cash.

It was not mentioned here but I saw a discussion about it somewhere. If Martinez beats Williams, which is very possible, and Pacquiao gets interested in getting a belt at 154, he might be tempted because Martinez might make some buzz by beating Williams. It would mean another big challenge for Pacquiao. I hope he does not go for it.
