I thought that apart from two or three of the late-middle rounds where Dirrell was excessively spoiling it was a decent watch myself.

IMO, you have to try really hard (and thus compromise the objectivity of your scoring) to give Froch rounds besides 7 and 9. I stand by my initial reaction to the fight; I believe it was a robbery.

I didn't watch or score live. I watched and scored several days later knowing that the outcome was controversial. I scored for Froch as I gave the close rounds to him and I might subconciously have given Froch more credit than he should have had, who knows.

The moral for me is that if you score a fight you need to do it live or at least have no knowledge of the result whatsoever. Otherwise your scoring might be skewed in a certain direction.
