Just curious...How long you think margarito was "cheating"? One time thing?

many people thought margarito was gonna destroy mosley. That due to that fact of his not so great performance against mayorga. marg still used them or attempted to. You honestly think he didnt against cotto in his biggest and first mega fight. And, against others before him. Him also stating he didnt know is insulting. his trainner and he have a father and son relationship so im sure hes a liar. but like people have said hes guilty of using before the mosley fight by public opinion, and us assuming he did. we cant prove it but the odds are not in his favor that he didnt.

my guess he has done it for a while. Im guessing hiding plaster hands from inspectors is a honed skill. Remember it was Mosley's trainer who discovered it. Not the person inspecting the wrapping procedure.

I personally believe that he had been cheating for years but that is only my opinion and I realize that it is a touchy subject. As others have stated, why start cheating against an older guy that you are the favorite to beat? The image I saw of the wraps had what appeared to be a blood stain on them but it could have been anything.

Well, there is no proof obviously that he cheated more than once, but you have to assume that he did. If you are coming off the biggest victory of your life and then fighting a guy that looked so bad against Ricardo Mayorga, and you cheat in that fight, it only makes you assume he did it against Cotto. In the Cotto fight, Margarito was fighting by far his toughest opponent(sorry pwill fans), a guy that was undefeated, a guy in his prime, and he was a clear underdog to. If you are going to cheat against old man Shane why would you not cheat against a prime Cotto? Not to mention you just beat the guy that beat Shane. It doesn't make any sense to say that he probably did not cheat against Miguel.

No blood on this one or any other recent fights his been before the Cotto fight.
But check out the pic from the Cotto fight and he's guilty.

Which coincidentally, fits perfectly with the following picture. As you can also tell, the fact that the blood stain was bigger on the outside and slowly shrunk in size lets you know the blood came from outside the wrap. The only person bleeding in that fight with Cotto. Yes, it doesn't 100% prove he used against Cotto, but there is also just enough to make it look that he very well did.

Then comes Williams and beats him, again with Margos punches being inneffective. Then he steamrolls thru some dude in one round, destoys Cintron again and Batters Cotto, speacially in the later rounds, leaving cotto's complete head swollen. And then the Mosley fight. I can't really say which fights were the wraps used. But I am certain that he started using them after the Williams bout. This is my personnal opinion
