    Team Paul Williams: "which lie do they want us to believe?"

    After the recent disclosure that WBC/WBO middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik was in a life threatening situation - George Peterson, manager and trainer of Paul Williams, is even more convinced that Pavlik had no intention of going forward with their December fight. Last Wednesday, Pavlik's trainer Jack Loew revealed that his fighter was still suffering from a staph infection in his left hand, and as a result he was unable to move forward with his scheduled fight with Williams on December 5. The fight was previously scheduled for October 3 and later postponed to December, also due to the staph infection on Pavlik's left hand. [details]

      It is true that Pavlik's hand was not infected at all when he pulled out of the fight. It apparently hadn't healed all the way from the operation. But why not give it about another week to announce you are pulling out of the fight and try to tough it out. I'm fucking sick of Pavlik already.

          Williams please we already know that for some reaon Pavlik aint fighting you and you were more than willing to fight him, now STFU and fight Martinez,Quintana or Clottey whom are available!!!!!

                You are just so happy that this fight fell through. I can tell by the way your ass is posting. It's okay for Cotto to fight a 130 lber just because he's P4P #1, but Williams can't have his big money fight after he's beaten some fighters like Margarito and Winky.

                  The staph infection healed weeks ago. Now they are saying he had a allergic reaction to the antibiotics. His teams says he had the most serious strain of staph which is MRSA. Pavlik is on record saying he contracted it after the Rubio fight. If he would have had the infected knuckle this long they would have had to amputate his hand.

                    Champbox is upset because PWill said Cotto was scared to fight him. And waited for him to vacate the WBO belt to fight Jennings to win another vacant title.
