Roach is just more comfortable now. He is with manny in training camp and sees something that it won't matter if Miguel comes in at 147. Manny's power is extremely underrated after the DLH fight and Manny has adapted to the weight well. I have a feeling Manny's power in this fight will surprise us. Till then its 50/50.

The fight is at 145. For every lb over, there will be a 2 million fine. So if Cotto comes in at 147, he'll be fined 2 million dollars.

However, the max weight limit is 147. If cotto comes in over that, (148), theyre not going to fight.

Roach expects Pacquiao to be only 140 lb during the weigh-in and says the boxer could way 148 or 149 lb during the fight—which will be for Cotto’s WBO welterweight belt.

Roach also warned that he’ll call the fight off if Cotto comes in beyond the regular welterweight limit of 147 lb.

“Our limit for Cotto is just 147 lb [if he’s overweight],” Roach said. “There’s no fight if he weighs beyond that. Cotto will be assessed a $1-million penalty for every pound overweight.”

So Manny can weigh more than Cotto fight night? WTF? Why the catchweight then...Roach scared of Cotto. He originally wanted Cotto to come in @ 143...lol.

My two cents...the weight is just mind games with Cotto having to come down to 145. Roach sees something in Cotto which Team Pacquiao can take advantage if they are still willing to fight Cotto at 147
