In home advantage they let him wrestle, hit and hold and hold again. Its not wrestling its boxing. He doesn't belong with a WW anyway, Ricky will do good with 90% of his weight class at this moment but not with the WWs. He has plenty of challenges around his weight but the big money he is looking for might not be there. I do like Ricky alot as a person and wouldn't want to see him get hurt just cause he wants a challenge to earn more money

          Hints will go out first.

November 13th or 14th the fight will be announced.

          They will call it
          "Redemption"
          Battle for the ages

You forgot to add the fact that Floyd is gifted with skills beyond anything Hatton can handle.

Cortez stopped him from "Imposing" his style?...what is that, clinching and hitting?

Why does dirrell catch so much hate for clinching when thats all you want your hero Hatton to do?

**** don't make no sense...oh. so only brit fighters can hold?

Hatton will lose the fight but he will definitely last longer than 3 rounds. more like UD.

If Hatton wanted a payday, he'd fight Marquez. Hatton doesn't get into the kind of shape or have the kind of focus he'd need to. Maybe if he actually took care of himself, he'd have a chance at some kind of a comeback, but that's not something he does. If Hatton wants a chance at Mayweather again, I would think he'd have to pull an upset and beat a guy like a Cotto or Berto first. I don't Hatton will ever even be what he was before Mayweather. Huge waste of time, especially if Mayweather's not fighting very often. I could see why Mayweather could say easy fight, big money and do the rematch, but there are other fights out there. He knows it wouldn't look right when there are better boxers out there if he wasn't fighting them as well. He can make money fighting any of those guys and I think at this point, he does care about proving himself, his legacy, and he does care about cleaning out Welterweight.

haha, you're actually blaming the ringpost for the ko?

It's not that simple. Dirrell didn't have any legs for whatever reason, and he avoided making it more of a fight and didn't throw enough punches when he's a much better athlete, more skilled boxer, and should have beaten him. Froch came to him. Ricky comes at you and holds and fights better on the inside, because he's a slow, rugged fighter with short arms and he's more vulnerable on the outside... and it's also out of laziness. Holding always is.
