    British Board of Boxing Wankers! How is this possible? Either the referee is at fault, and the decision doesn't stand, or he did his job correctly and there is no need for a rematch. Like seriously..

      I think it's more like "there is no precedent to overturn the decision, but there is enough reason to have a rematch". I'm assuming, I don't recall anything like this ever being overturned, but it's not like I can think of many examples of this happening. In this case, the ref clearly called break and had time to walk around the fighters before the shot landed.

        I get what you're saying, but then... The precedent needs to start somewhere, or there would never be any decisions overturned. Just poor refereeing. And for the 2nd time that night.. (See Rafferty vs O'Reagan.)
