If that was the case why would they fight Benn so diligently and aggressively for 2 years straight?

They lost the hearing vs Benn and right or wrong, Benn was cleared.

So at this point they have no real choice other than to license him.

Their defense was the failed tests were due to contaminated supplements.

We don't know the contents of the hearing Benn had with BBBoC/UKAD as it's confidential but from what I can gather for whatever reason the NAPD were satisfied enough with their evidence to clear Benn of wrong doing.

I wonder what the chances or odds are of failing two separate drugs tests months apart and calling them both 'contaminated' are ? They must go into the hundreds if not thousands .The way Benn handled this situation will unfortunately leave a cloud over him , as proved this week with what Jr. did with the egg. He had some very bad advice of which he now acknowledges.Time for him to move on and finally see if he is any good.

So it seems you now acknowledge than Benn had two hearings with UKAD/BBBoC and won and was thus cleared?

lets give conor another shot he made a mistake like a lot of guys do and he paid his big price much much more than ohter guys do who get off scott free in some cases so im for letting sleeping dogs lie in this case so many busted guys and gals they are most all at it i would say
