Will we ever get another TBE Mayweather?

Mayweather ran boxing, and sports in general, his two fight dates per year kept driving the sport on. His impeccable defence, shot selection, timing, and fighting the best of the best at the peak of their powers and at their best weights is unmatched.

People often try to say that he beat Green Nelo, and he did, but... Green Nelo is the best version of Canelo there ever was. Better than Brit-Beater Nelo, better than friend of Eddie Hearn Nelo, better than 2 Golovkin robberies Nelo. Green Nelo was 42-0, faster, stronger, and better than he ever was. He got too heavy and sluggish after that, but Green Nelo was a force only TBE could stop.

The best thing to happen to boxing since TBE's retirement into exhibition bouts, is Nash Out's self-induction, on merit, into the BoxingScene Hall of Fame, but, we have to be honest, we all miss those great nights with TBE Mayweather, and we'll likely never see the kind again. He far surpasses Sugar Ray 20 Losses and is equal to Stone Cold Steve Austin as far as comparing all combats of fighters, another man, sorely missed from the ring.

"'I'll drop to 150 for Floyd Mayweather.' That's what you said, Canelo. We set you up! His team was a dumb team. But guess what? We're the smart ones! We build 'em up, put 'em on the undercard. Build him up, make him into something he's really not, and just beat him. He don't think I know he's been wearing that plastic. He been wearing that plastic for the last two days. He ain't eat no food in two days. I'm eating some pizza tonight."
Floyd so smart - he beat a novice Canelo, who he made drop weight and then refused to fight Canelo once he got good. We need more fighters like this today- ones who don't take fights they could lose. The fans loved it then so they will love it now.

Floyd is probably indirectly responsible for the Canelo we have today. So there's that.

LOL we have canelo now who wnt take a fight he knows he will lose --- benavidez LOL and do u expect floyd to fight canelo in some rematch when canelo is up at 160??? yeah that makes perfect sense right there but for a canelofan i guess its better than average logic!!!

We will never get a floyd again, or fans like floyd fans.
Someone who ducks like floyd, and fans who supported it, like floyd fans didn't want to see him fight? Taylor swift fans want to see taylor

Pretty Boy Floyd yeah I am quite sure we'll see another great technician come along you already have Crawford with Stevenson waiting in the wings, but boxing doesn't need any more fake retiring, cherrypicking Money Mayweathers for obvious reasons
